Environmental Planning Studies:
Environmental Planning requires special attention as the issues involved require thorough understanding of the environmental situation and forces affecting it. In addition to environmental sectors, many other aspects also need to be taken into consideration while carrying out environmental planning. Collection, generation and assimilation of voluminous data is a pre-requisite. We have necessary experience of preparing inventories of various environmental attributes. We have a large pool of experts representing various disciplines to ensure that the diverse needs of such assignments are met satisfactorily. Notable assignments successfully completed include project URBAIR for MEIP-Mumbai under the aegis of WORLD BANK and Inventory of Hazardous Waste Generation in Maharashtra State. 

Policy Planning Studies:
On behalf of Central Pollution Control Board, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of India and other Agencies such as WORLD BANK, we have undertaken research studies necessary for developing Environmental Policies, Plans and formulating Rules. The aspects covered include undertaking National Survey of subject industry (to gauge magnitude of the problem), identifying key environmental parameters, monitoring to assess/evaluate existing control techniques, assessment of control options and reviewing International Legislations on the subject industry. We then formulate various alternatives for consideration of implementing Agencies to apply in the local context. Notable assignments include Development of Hydrocarbon Emission Standards for Petrochemical Industry on behalf of CPCB and Development of Automobile Emission norms for Dhaka city.
