utocap Industries established in 1978 mainly as a Component Manufacturer for Automobile Companies and their OEMS. Over the years, we added more machineries including a fleet of CNC Machines. We started developing Forged Steel, Gate, Globe & Check Valves upto class 1500 to Cater to all the Refineries and Petrochemical Industries in India. We took up the challenge to manufacture these valves as per API 602 / BS 5352 / ISO 15761 Standards which can match the best valves available in the Country at Lower Prices.

The purchasing activity is carried out through the laid down procedure in line with ISO 9001: 2008, API requirements. All the manufacturing process are carried out with appropriate controls and online monitoring system. The products are verified for Quality at appropriate stages using Measuring Instruments, gauges & fixtures. All Measuring Instruments are calibrated and controlled, to be consistent in measurement. All products and processes are measured against set Quality Standards and continually improved.
