AVNI ENTERPRISE a proprietorship company was established in 1988 by late Shri T.D.BIJLANI a retired government officer as a consultant for irrigation department
As time went by company’s started approching him for dealership and the first company taken under this flag was M/S KILLICK HALCO LIMITED, Mumbai followed by CHICAGO PNEUMATIC INDIA LIMITED (then known as Consolidated Pneumatics Limited) and subsequently Widia India Limited
About UsAs time went by his son MR. SUNIL BIJLANI, his son joined the band in 1992 and from a mere turnover of Rs. 3.0 lacs turnover went on to make a turn over of around Rs. 50 lacs in 1995 when the company changed its name from AVNI ENGINEERS to AVNI ENTERPRISE
In 2001 after the death of MR. T.D.BIJLANI the battle was taken over by his son who went on to add M/S METAFAB ENGINEERS INDIA PVT. LTD. a well know two wheeler manufaturers distributorship in 2004 having its manufacturing plant in faridabad for whole of gujarat and M/S MANATEC ELECTRONICS INDIA LIMITED a leading manufacturers for 4 wheeler in 2011 and the turn over touched rs 2.00 crorers
Today the company boasts of best after sales service having company trained engineers and erection team
