We also offer services to your industry for complete overhauling of all types of pumps and lobe type screw compressors by cold welding with eutectic alloy rods and machining on highly precision and accurate CNC machines. We started with an import substitution programme at M/s. Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.; Designing, Developing and Manufacturing Slurry Pumps to replace their imported pumps. After making a good job of it, with their encouragement and cooperation, we have since remained their preferred suppliers for these pumps and spares since last two decades. Our substitution programme has also saved the country valuable foreign exchange. We can also manufacture and supply your requirement of Lube Plug Valve Plugs and Bodies for Hot and Cold Services and any other fabricated items required by you as per your specifications. 1. MANAGEMENT: 
Company is ably assisted by production quality control and commissioning Engineers who have several years of experience in related pump line. The entire set up is strongly supported on technical areas by professional consultants in specialized areas of fluid mechanics, foundry metallurgy and testing of pumps. 

2. DESIGN:
Design and drawings are made in the line or as per functional requirements as specified by our clients. We have experienced design and metallurgical consultants on our panel for assistance and re-engineering. 

3. FACTORY:
Our factory is set up at M.I.D.C., TTC Industrial Area, Rabale, Navi Mumbai; facilities include good machine shop, and supported by other vendors developed around Mumbai for certain typical requirements. 

4. TESTING: 
Preliminary testing is carried out at our works. For detailed testing, arrangements are made available at hydraulic department of V.J.T.I. Mumbai and test results along with performance curves are issued. 

5. CASTING AND RAW MATERIALS PROCUREMENT: 
Castings and raw materials are procured from approved associates / sources of suppliers and further cross checking done for physical and chemical properties at reputed independent, Government recognized test laboratories. 

6. MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION: 
We have been regularly manufacturing materials like CD4MCu, HV 9A, ALLOY 20, DIN 4136, CF 8M, NI-Resist, various grades of high alloy steels and any other special graded materials. Facilities are available for Ultrasonic and radiography tests. 

7. THIRD PARTY INSPECTION: 
We have supplied under third party inspection agencies like LRIS, IRS, PDIL, HDO and any other agencies as desired by client. 

Our present clientele include RCF, FACT, BPCL, HPCL, MCFL, DFCL, GNFC, VIKRAM ISPAT, GFCL, IFFCO, BARC and many others. Most of them are Govt. of India undertaking and large public sector industries producing basic chemicals, fertilizers, iron ingots and oils.
