About UsFabrication Facility
The factory is based on 3 acres land. The factory space can accommodate jobs up-to 7 meters height, keeping in mind the requirement for manufacturing Stainless Steel tanks. The new facility has assembly line for manufacturing Solar water heater, increasing productivity. Glass bead blasting of 3 meters x 7 meters has been added to change the aesthetic value of the product.
Projects Team
We have a highly qualified projects team with experience of over 15 years in industrial installations of Solar Water Heater for boiler feed using heat exchanger to avoid contact with chemical. Our excellent technical and design team is well equipped to design customized food processing machinery.
Welding Technology
- SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
- MIG/ MAG / FCAW (Metal Active / Inert Gas shielded arc welding)
- TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas shielded arc welding)
Our operators are skilled in welding all types of Stainless Steel and alloy steel. Most of them are certified through Industrial Training Institute (ITI), recognized by the Government of India. Some of our operators have experience worth 25 years.
Food Grade finishing
Our operators are trained to do the polishing on stainless steel tanks vessels and other products of 240 grit. Our products adhere to international standards and are exported in Australia, Sri-lanka, UAE and Ghana. Our operators are trained under the guidance of Swedish companies like Alfa Laval and Tetra Pak.
