We introduce ours is an ISO:9001-2008 certified foundry situated in GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India) manufacturing and supplying Sand castings in As cast / Proof machined / Fully machined condition as per customer's Specification / Drawing / Design / Samples having Annual capacity of 1000 MT and single piece capacity of 500kg/pc.
We have been supplying castings to various industries such as Valves & Pumps, Mining, Earth moving, Road equipments, Power plants, Engineering Ind. Etc. in various material grades of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless steel, Heat Resistance Steel, Super Duplex Steel & Nickel alloys etc. under various Third party inspection agencies such as IBR, Lloyd’s, PDIL, NPCL,TUV,UDHE,DNV, ABS,IRS.
Our foundry shop is approved by IBR (Indian Boilers Regulation Board) and have been regularly supplying valve castings under IBR inspection.
We do have our own pattern shop and shall be able to develop wooden/metallic patterns also as per your drg./samples/requirements. We do fix up most of our customer’s patterns on Match-plate with all necessary prefixed accessories to achieve better productivity, quality and at the top consistency.
We shall be able to manufacture and supply castings meeting with international quality standards along with necessary tests like RADIOGRAPHY, MPI, DPT, ULTRASONIC test etc.

Our Team has got vast experience (more than 20 years) of development of various types of valves ( Gate/ Globe/ Check valve, Ball valve, Angle valve, Piston valve, Butterfly valve, Strainner valve etc. & also various Pump castings for domestic as well as for Exports- Leading valve manufacturers like TYCO VALVES-w.australia, SAPAG VALVES-france, HOPKINSON VALVES-UK, ARMATURY-Czech republic, STALKER PUMPS-W.australia). Development of the different parts executed Right from pattern making to Finish machining (Ready to assemble) to the customer’s desired satisfactory quality level.
