Pre-Treatment chemicals:
The quality of the surface treatment prior to painting, determines the perfomance of a coating system to a large extent. The job of cleaning the surface and giving it a microcrystalline phosphate coating is done by the surface process. A significant enhancement in the adhesion,corrosion resistence and durability of subsequent paint coating is made by the surface treatment process and thus it becomes an important prerequisite in surface coatings.
Phosphate Coating
Tranformation of metal substrate into new surface having non-metallic and non-conductive properties are known as phosphate coating. Phosphate coating is used for various application. produced by the reaction of suitable reagents with metallic
surface is called chemical conversion coating.Chemical
conversion coating is used on Aluminium and its Alloys with
application like in ceiling fans,Table fans, Electrical items,
Dish Antenna, Aluminium Die-Cast Auto-parts and many more.
