The Technical Services Group(TSG) is manned by hand-picked water treatment professionals with years of experience in trouble-shooting and a vast knowledge of the various processes involved in High Purity Water Systems.

 

Process requirements and feed water quality are often dynamic and extremely variable. This can adversely affect the operation and uninterrupted delivery of purified water for production. Furthermore, the worsening quality of feed water and stringent regulatory requirements have made operating and maintaining high purity water systems a major challenge for the industry. This lack of proper maintenance has resulted in lost production due to non-availability of water systems for operation.

 

These growing concerns have driven a growing demand from our customers to increase our portfolio of service products to efficiently run their water systems. To meet this growing demand, CN Tech, our service arm, was modified and re-launched as TSG with customer delight as its core objective.

 

TSG works with customers not only to achieve optimum performance of our systems at the lowest possible running costs, but also to carry out upgrades and process improvements that enable users to maximise the productivity of their generation plants.
