Deccan bitumen products pvt ltd. is a small scale unit established in the year 2003. It is a private limited company and mr. A. V. Subbarao is the managing director of the company. Our range of products have found favour among the major organizations both private as well as government. We are manufacturers of blown grade bitumen like 30/40, 10/20, 85/25, 90/15, 90/25, 115/15, 135/10 and 155/7. Apart from manufacturing blown grade bitumen, we are also producing bituminous products like bituminous emulsion, bituminous black paint, bituminous ceiling compound, bituminous adhesive, leak stop, mastic asphalt, bituminised paper board, tar felt and bituminous aluminium paint.
About Uswe are also pleased to inform that deccan bitumen products pvt ltd has diversified into production of crumb rubber modified bitumen (crmb-55 & crmb-60). Our centre plant located at manali has facilities such as bitumen storage, modification column, compressors, mixers, agitators and churn etc. We have the production capacity of 100 tonnes crmb per day. Our crmb is superior, since we use compressed air to impregnate and distribute the rubber powder uniformly in the bitumen, which ensures better retention properties of crmb-55. our product has been certified by highways research station, chennai. Apart from manufacturing, we also undertake job work of processing customers? raw bitumen as per their required specifications.
