The company started its growth spree in
it’s initial years under the stewardship of Shri K.N. Dembla, Chairman and a technocrat with more than four decades of experience in valve design and quality control. He was ably supported by his brother Shri J.N. Dembla, Managing Director with over three decades of manufacturing experience in the valve industry, Mr. Mukund Katageri Director Operation having experience in sales & marketing in the valve industry & second generation directors, Mr. Kapil Dembla having more than a decade of experience in marketing, supply chain & services in the valve industry and Mrs. Harsha Suvarna having experience in International sales. The management is backed up by young team of talented professionals from all departments
