ELASTOMER LINING WORKS is established in 1972 by SHRI. R. V. BHIRDIKAR, M.sc Medalist in Organic Chemistry. He had been with SWASTIK RUBBER INDUSTRIES, a key person as head of the department for development of rubber compounds.
Later at T. MANEKLAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY LTD., he with other team members introduced the latest technology of rubber lining in India for the first time.

AT ELASTOMER LINING WORKS AMBERNATH
- We undertake ANTI-CORROSIVE and ANTI-ABRASIVE LINING OF NATURAL as well as SYNTHETIC RUBBERS for Equipments, Tanks, Reaction vessels, Pipes & Fittings mainly used in Chemical, Fertilizer, Chlor Alkali, Desalination plants, Etc.
- We undertake Rubber lining at clients site any where in INDIA as well as OVERSEAS.
- We manufacture Rubber Expansion joints as per customers requirement to use in pressure as well as in Vacuum Services.
- We do moulding of Rubber Components, Rubber Sheets, Fabric Inserted Rubber Sheets, Rubber Gaskets, Rubber Profiles - For Railways and other industries.
- We also carry out fabrication and Rubber Lining of Rollers with NATURAL and SYNTHETIC RUBBERS for STEEL, TEXTILE and PAPER INDUSTRIES.
