Our manufacturing unit is equipped with technology-based machines and an in house design unit for designing our range of fittings for fabrics, bag & shoes. Following are the machines installed at our unit.

For the efficient operation of these machines, we have appointed a diligent team of professionals, technocrats and engineers. These professionals work on these machines for developing customized range of fittings for fabrics, bag & shoes as per the varied requirements of garments, shoes and other accessories industries.

Since our range of fittings for fabrics, bag & shoes is fragile in nature, we make sure that each of our range is stored in a well-segregated manner. For assuring the same, we have developed a warehouse wherein we can effectively store large consignments of our buckles, hooks, adjusters, eyelets, shoe fitting, bag fitting and metal logos. Our warehouse is structured with racks and cabinets that assist us in easy marking and identification of our range, thereby assuring effective inventory management.

We are also backed by a packaging unit, which is manned by expert packaging staff. This department carries out the packaging of our range of buckles, hooks, adjusters, eyelets, shoe fitting, bag fitting and metal logos in qualitative packaging material like plastic pouches. We also undertake bulk packing of our fittings. Further, we also undertake client specific packaging of our consignments to ensure optimum satisfaction of our clients.
