Gamut
The range of HEPC services covers the wide band-width of project engineering including site studies (including site identification and planning), site investigations, feasibility studies, detailed project reports, basic design, detailed engineering, procurement (specifications, purchase bid issue, bid evaluation & recommendation, review of vendor drawings), commissioning of plants, plant augmentation/upgradation services, and training of personnel in operation and maintenance.
HEPC professionals have carried out to date more than 150 assignments in the above fields over a period of more than 10 years with premier consultancy organizations in India. HEPC has highly qualified and experienced professionals in different disciplines such as civil (structural, hydraulics, public health, environment), electronics (software, instrumentation) commissioning, who have unmatched experience in planning, advisory services for executing and putting into commercial operation, several projects in different fields in India.

The services offered under project monitoring includes submission of monthly progress reports through all phases of detailed design and engineering, procurement. CPM and PERT technique is applied for project monitoring & periodic reports.
Feed back obtained from the construction and commissioning personnel as well as operation and maintenance personnel in the form of inventories, field reports, occurrence reports, malfunction reports, etc. are used to review design work and equipment performance and initiate corrective action where required. Feed back is also obtained through regular visits to site for first hand appraisal.
Legal Expert
HEPC have interaction with senior legal expert for civic/environmental aspects who have been actively involved in the solution of complex problems with more than 25 years of experience. The services of these eminent specialists are utilised for guiding on important legal aspects of projects. Institutional arrangements/ framework and its’ legal aspect is one of the most important area being dealt by HEPC under guidance of the legal experts
