® diffuser consists of porous membrane made of EPDM or SILICON rubber. Each diffuser is fully –supported over the length and circumference with a PVC pipe. The diffuser is retained in place by two hose clamps. It is fitted to the lateral by a PVC heavy duty ‘T’ arrangement or SS-304- 3/4”BSP nipple. The Laterals are connected to a pipe header. For floating type laterals, the diffuser unit is fitted on concrete block with PP rope arrangement hence easy to maintain. The wetted parts of system are made of non-corrosive material. In the absence of air, the membrane contracts and covered around the support pipe to prevent any Backflow.
Advanced Designed Diffuser from EPDM, Silicone, Styrene butadiene rubber or specially engineered materials are available. Highly engineered pores on membrane for maximum efficiency with back flow prevention.

From 1993, we are the supplier of piping material for effluent treatment plant and various process industries. To comply with our esteem client’s and consultant’s insistence to supply the other equipments like diffuser, we had started to manufacture our first ® series fine bubble membrane diffuser in 1997. After getting enormous response of our clients and environmental consultants, we were encouraged to develop full range of ® diffusers. The properties of membrane material are tested by CIPET – a reputed testing laboratory. We maintain Engineering and 2-D, 3-D capable drafting department and we offer complete Design assistance to our consultant and customers.

JAY ENGG prepare and submit the quality plan of their order execution and upkeep the quality record as per ISO certification. The procured material is 100% chemically and physically tested at government approved laboratory and undergone through the strict quality supervision by the senior partner of the company.
Strict quality checks, records and test certificates edge the final finish product of high quality without any manufacturing defects. Thus JAY ENGG always guarantee their products for the period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from the date of delivery whichever comes first.
The quality assurance plan approved by all leading engineering consultants and industrial giants are strictly being followed with upkeep of certifications till the dispatch of the Diffuser. Each Diffuser is undergone through stage wise and final inspection as per Q.A. plan and tested as per Indian standard specification.
