All filters & accessories offered by us are subjected to as many as 10 quality checks by qualified engineers / technicians. This ensures that these components indeed are designed for performance to the fullest satisfaction of customer. This is in tune with our company's proclaimed objectives stated in our Quality Management System.

Customer complaints (if any) are attended on priority basis. Feedback from the customer is recorded & monitored, which in turn helps us serve the customer better.

Another hallmark has been our CUSTOMER FIRST approach which includes attending to onsite problems immediately and providing critical spares without delay. We have devised effective quality checks & delivery systems by which certain types of filters cartridges are manufactured, checked & sent to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order, irrespective of the location in our country. Our representative offices in North & South India also help in bridging the geographical distance between us & our customers.

We were also the first to offer free lab scale & pilot scale testing facilities to our customers to understand filtration operation as well as to help them select the correct filters.
