Our company targets Automobiles / Ancillaries, Pharmaceutical, Dyes & Dye Intermediates, Textile, Food & Beverages industries, Water, Waste water, Food and Dairy industries and provides cost effective solutions for diverse applications in these categories. We undertake the design, engineering, manufacturing and supply of the following systems on turnkey basis:
Membrane Technology Based Systems: These include reverse osmosis and ultra filtration for a number of applications. These range from the simple desalination of brackish and sea water to the more complex systems. For applications other than water, we have experience in dairy, dye and dye intermediates, and engineering industry. We develop custom built systems as per the customers' requirement after conducting the necessary pilot tests for other industrial categories.
De Ionization Systems: These systems are designed to remove completely or selectively various anion and cation impurities which may be present in water. We work closely with reputed resin manufacturers to correctly select and size resin required for a particular application. Depending on the raw water quality and the end use, the de-ionization systems are used as a polishing system (down stream of R O) or directly used for de-ionization

Media Based Filtration Systems: These systems are primarily designed to remove suspended particles, color, trace organics, odor, taste, residual iron and manganese, and free halogens from the water.
Waste Water Treatment Plants and Recycling Systems: We have developed a complete range of effluent treatment and water recycling systems for several industrial categories such as engineering, textiles processing, metal finishing and plating, dairy, etc. Our systems are also available for treatment of domestic sewage and sullage wastes.
We also manufacture a complete range of equipments for waste water treatment to fit the need of every municipality and industry. The equipments for waste water treatment include inclined plate settlers, mixers and aerators, flocculators, and sludge dewatering devices.
We offer a range of standard and custom built systems / equipment for each of the above categories. Our company has developed specific systems to meet the water and waste water treatment requirements of individual households, residential complexes, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and small towns and villages.
The advantages of these systems include proven design, lower cost of installation and reduced construction time. Smaller systems are shipped fully assembled and ready to use at site. Larger systems are pre fabricated in knocked down construction, shop tested and dismantled before shipment. The fabrication is such that minimum time is required for site erection and installation of the system.
