We help industries, plants & projects by acting as their technical consultant for choosing the right utilities for process heating, water treatment, chemical treatment, air pollution & emission control, waste & effluent treatment. We have partnered with Thermax & ventured into, Thermic Fluid, Water & Steam distribution piping design & consultancy & also energy audits.
Our focus is on quality, efficiency, innovation, cost-effectiveness and our people – our customers and our team. We encourage leadership and entrepreneurship; The management team at Nikhil Technochem comprises of first generation entrepreneurs who are engineers having sound experience in the field of energy & fuel economy. Annual Service Contracts are available for (Both Thermax & Non Thermax Make) installed all around in the industries & commercial establishments.
- Steam Boilers – Oil & Solid Fuel Fired.
- Hot Water Generators – HSD / Gas Fired.
- Thermic Fluid Heaters
- Water Filtration & Softening Plants
- RO & DM Plants
- Pressure Boosting systems for Cold & Hot Water.
Adequate Visits of the Service Engineers are Provided for :
- Routine/proactive check up
- Safety checks during health check up
- Regular monitoring and efficiency trials
- Training for operators during health check up on operation & maintenance of utilities
- Inventory planning and guidance in procurement of genuine spare parts
- Complete guidance for overhauling of the equipment
- Quick response to breakdown calls, if any
Benefits To Customers :
- All Service Personals attending to installed units are trained & have passed the Thermax Service Engineer License.
- Improved overall equipment performance.
- Reduce unscheduled break down, thereby improving overall availability / uptime of equipment.
- Safe and trouble-free operation
- Periodic reporting which includes root cause analysis of problems
- Analysis of reports and data by experienced back-end team and recommendations for improvement
- Procurement planning for spares
