We have a strong In-house R&D team and we focus on development new products and continually improving on existing designs. As recognition of our efforts in Research and Development, the Department of Science and Technology of the Government of India has accredited us with an approved R&D facility.

Our manufacturing activities take place in two locations, with both locations being in the Peenya Industrial Area. The Peenya Industrial Area is one of the largest industrial conglomerations in Karnataka, and is home to around 4000 small, medium & large industrial units engaged in various engineering activities. This strategic location of our manufacturing facilities has made outsourcing easier, not to mention the benefit of having supervisory control. Further, the availability of a number of testing laboratories in the Peenya industrial area helps us accomplish our goal of delivering maximum quality to our customers. 

We follow a well matured quality systems are in place validated by an ISO-9001: 2008 standards by Indian Register Quality Systems for Scope “Design, Manufacture and Supply of Centrifugal Pumps and Spares thereof”. We are an ISO certified company since 1994.

In our endeavor to maintain a high level of quality, the components undergo a stringent stage inspection from raw material to finished goods. Every pump is tested in house for which we have adequate test facilities.

The pre dispatch test include:

• A full scale test of head, capacity, speed and efficiency.
• Dynamic Balancing Test for Impeller.
• Hydrostatic Pressure Test of Impeller Casings.
• Vibration Test for Running Pumps.
  • Performance test for Head, Capacity, Power and Speed.
