Ramvi Polymers Pvt. Ltd. since from 1994 manufacture PVC Pipes, which are ISI certified and range from 20mm to 180mm diameter. Currently we are having 2 machines to manufacture PVC and HDPE pipes. The company seeks to generate consistent quality attractive products from a portfolio which is substantially constituted of high quality goods and service.

We manufacture PVC Pipes - ISI marked Plumbing Pipes, ASTM Standard Pipes. Schedule 40, Schedule 80 & Threaded Pipes. Test Pressure
Equals 2 1/2 times specified working pressure.
1 BAR = 1kgf/Cm2 = 15 p.s.i = 10 m Head of water.
On applications where fluid carried in a pipeline is over 20oC, the working pressure must be reduced by 2% for every degree C the temperature above 20oC.
The capacity of a pipe varies directly proportional to the square of the diameter, ie doubling the diameter increases the capacity four times.
